Travel Tips: Autumn in Amsterdam - The Netherlands
Autumn is a picturesque time of the year with some late summer flowers still in bloom against backdrops of trees changing colours in to amber, orange, red and brown with wonderful contrasts amongst the spectrum wheel of various shades. Although definitely umbrella weather and warm clothes being sometimes needed, the walks outside are fresh, invigorating and pretty. You can visit the zoo, Artis, which has beautifully landscaped gardens, walk through parks or the Amsterdam woods or just the canals and streets. Enjoy your autumn where ever you are ……
