Travel: Lugano Switzerland

 I never forgot this place in 1990 so very happy to visit again so many years later. Funny though after so many years to look for things you remember and from photos and yet it still feels different! Perhaps the expansion after all those years is the ingredient that differs. The shopping streets are shaded, Louis Vuitton and Gucci the first line away from the lake and the famous Charcuterie two streets in parallel from the lake.

Lugano is a pretty place, similar to Zurich except much smaller and has the mountain backdrop which probably made me fall in love with Switzerland and in Switzerland so many years ago. But the beauty of Lugano is the drive there! Suisse is just stunning. The most beautiful country in the world.

 Rivers of turquoise, gigantic Alps and perfect lakes. Mixed with the gorgeous green of sloping mowed pristine lawns hugging the mountain bottoms, pretty clouds and blue lakes it is always an enchanted sight to behold!!! I now have to visit Suisse in autumn as is it the only season I have not seen. Enjoy the photos. Gotham’s and Lugano.
