Travel Tips: Sail Amsterdam

Once every five years is the inter-national Sail festival on Amsterdam where majestic sailing boats and anyone else parade on the Ij, behind central station after having sailed a long route together. Covid cancelled 2020 so we have to wait until 2025 alas. It is a spectacular sight and day and well worth the crowds and busyness as the boats are easy to see. Some impressions from previous years.
